Exclusividad de la apropiación . El monto que se autorice para cada artículo de gastos debe aplicarse exclusivamente al objeto determinado en el texto del res pectivo artículo, y no podrá excederse, salvo que la cuantía se modifique por medio de créditos adicionales o por traslados hechos en la forma autorizada en el presente estatuto.
