En la fijación de las tarifas para la concesión de espacios de televisión, la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión -INRAVISION- dará tratamiento preferente a la producción nacional, a la de contenido cultural y científico y a la extranjera cuyo doblaje hubiere sido realizado en Colombia con capital y personal técnico y artístico colombiano.
