Los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas de Policía en goce de asignación de retiro, o de pensión, tendrán derecho a que el Gobierno les suministre dentro del país y donde hubiere guarnición policiva, atención médica y drogas para ellos, su esposa e hijos menores y para sus padres, cuando éstos dependan económicamente del Suboficial.
