Objetivo Del Sistema Único De Señalización Integral Y Rastreo-Susir

Decreto 2462 de 2010 · por el cual se crea el Sistema Único de Señalización Integral y Rastreo- SUSIR, para controlar y garantizar el pago de los impuestos del orden nacional y departamental.

°. Objetivo del Sistema Único de Señalización Integral y Rastreo-SUSIR. El SUSIR tiene como objetivo identificar y controlar mediante seguimiento y rastreo los productos sujetos a impuestos del orden nacional y departamental, garantizando su pago y evitando el ingreso ilegal al territorio aduanero nacional.

Parágrafo

La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales definirá, mediante resolución de carácter general, las mercancías de procedencia extranjera o las nacionales en líneas de producción, que estarán sujetas al cumplimiento del SUSIR. Para las mercancías de procedencia extranjera esta medida será exigible al momento de su nacionalización y, para las nacionales, antes del momento de su distribución.
