Artículo cuarto. La suma incluida en este Presupuesto como renta proveniente del producto de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos conforme a la Ley 165 de 1948 , será consignada por la empresa, por cuotas mensuales iguales, en la Tesorería General de la República. Igualmente procederá con la consignación del subsidio a los Departamentos y al Distrito Especial de Bogotá ordenado por la Ley 15 de 1959 .
