°. Definición de Partícipe. Para efectos del presente Decreto, se entiende por partícipe los departamentos, municipios y distritos que conforme a los artículos 360 y 361 de la Constitución Política, sean definidos e informados por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación a la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional. Así mismo, la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público informará al Banco de la República los participes respectivos.
