º El artículo 97 del Decreto 2160 de 1986 quedará así: "El presente Decreto regirá a partir del 1º de enero de 1987. En consecuencia, los estados financieros cortados con posterioridad al 31 de diciembre de 1986 y las operaciones que ocurran a partir de 1987, deberán presentarse y registrarse de conformidad con las normas del Decreto 2160 de 1986".
