El Gobierno Nacional aportará a la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones, a través del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y mediante contrato con ésta, una suma no inferior a quince millones de pesos (15.000.000.00) anuales a partir de la vigencia fiscal de 1964. Las partidas correspondientes se incluirán en los presupuestos de funcionamiento del Ministerio de Comunicaciones de las respectivas vigencias y serán giradas por doceavas partes a favor de la Caja.
