El Administrador Tesorero entregará por riguroso inventario a la Junta de Canalización o a la Comisión de su seno que ella nombre, el taller y sus dependencias, el almacén y los elementos que en él existan, y todas las dragas y vehículos de propiedad de la Canalización que existan en el río. De los buques y dragas que se hallen a grandes distancias de Barranquilla se puede hacer la entrega por medio de comisionados.
