°. Determinación de garantías o seguros. EL Fondo Adaptación, establecerá las garantías o seguros que debe exigir a los contratistas para la ejecución de sus contratos teniendo en cuenta, en cada caso, la naturaleza del contrato, su objeto, la forma de ejecución y los riesgos que se deban cubrir. Para los efectos previstos en el presente artículo el Fondo Adaptación podrá sujetarse al régimen de garantías establecido en el Decreto 4828 de diciembre de 2008, en lo aquello que resulte aplicable.
