No podrán ser miembros de la Junta Directiva:

1° Los funcionarios y empleados nacionales, departamentales o municipales, que perciban dieta, sueldo o cualquier otro emolumento pecuniario;

2° Los que forman parte de la Junta Directiva o de la administración de otros Bancos;

3° Los que sean deudores del mismo Banco;

4° Dos o más personas que pertenezcan a una misma sociedad mercantil o que tengan parentesco dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad;

5° Los que se hallen en estado de quiebra o suspensión de pagos.
