El Comité Organizador, nombrado por el Comité Olímpico Colombiano, manejará estos dineros, ciñéndose a la reglamentación de que trata el artículo anterior. El Tesorero del Comité Organizador de los Juegos de que trata esta Ley asegurará el manejo de los fondos que les sean entregados, por medio de fianza y en la cuantía y forma que fije la Contraloría de la República, entidad ante la cual dicho Tesorero deberá rendir cuentas.
