TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. Las personas que ejerzan la profesión de agentes viajeros sin el correspondiente Carnet expedido por el Ministerio de Fomento, o licencia provisional dada por el mencionado Ministerio mientras se tramita el Carnet, serán sancionadas con multas de veinte pesos ($ 20.00) a doscientos pesos ($ 200.00), que ingresarán al Tesoro Nacional.
