Si la liquidación del contrato de fiducia arrojara saldos a favor de la entidad pública fideicomitente, por concepto de capital o de rendimientos, éstos serán reintegrados a la Tesorería General de la república o al patrimonio de la entidad, según el caso. CAPITULO X Disposiciones Varias.
