Cuando contra ellos no proceda recurso alguno.

Cuando vencido el término para interponer los recursos, no se hayan interpuesto o no se presenten en debida forma.

Al día siguiente a la renuncia expresa a los recursos.

Al día siguiente a la firmeza del acto que acepta el desistimiento del recurso interpuesto. Contra el acto que acepta el desistimiento del recurso no procederá recurso alguno.

Cuando los recursos interpuestos se hayan decidido en forma definitiva.
