Provisión de los empleos. El Director General de la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME), proveerá los empleos creados mediante el presente decreto de conformidad con las disponibilidades presupuestales y hasta la concurrencia presupuestal de cada vigencia fiscal, cumpliendo con todos los requisitos legales para tal fin y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la normatividad vigente sobre la materia.
