Tanto el Instituto Nacional de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico como los bonos, documentos de crédito, etc., de la institución, y las operaciones que ésta ejecute, estarán exentos de impuestos y contribuciones nacionales. Además, gozará el Instituto de todas las ventajas que concede la ley a las instituciones de servicio público y utilidad social.
