Articulo 115 . El valor de los créditos en moneda extranjera se estima en moneda nacional, en el último día del año o periodo impositivo, de acuerdo con la tasa oficial de cambio. Si el crédito proviene de exportaciones y en 31 de diciembre del respectivo ejercicio, el contribuyente, por disposiciones del régimen de cambios, tiene derecho a un tipo de cambio oficial inferior al vigente en aquella fecha, el valor del crédito se estimara por este último. Corresponde al contribuyente demostrar en su declaración de renta y patrimonio las circunstancias anteriores. De los pasivos.
