Vigencia del subsidio . La vigencia del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda del que trata el presente título será de doce (12) meses. La entidad otorgante, a través de su representante legal, podrá prorrogar esta vigencia por medio de acto administrativo. El inicio de la vigencia del subsidio será definido en cada mecanismo de postulación. Dicho acto administrativo deberá contar con respaldo presupuestal.
