Los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales que se incorporen a las plantas de personal del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y de la Policía Nacional por virtud de la presente ley, continuaran sometidos al mismo régimen salarial que se les aplicaba en el Instituto de Salud de las Fuerzas Militares o en el Instituto para la Seguridad Social y Bienestar de la Policía Nacional, según sea el caso.
