La Empresa transporta los animales vivos, sin responsabilidad por los que mueran o resulten maltratados durante el viaje del ferrocarril, ni por los que se lancen fuéra de los carros, a no ser que esto último suceda por falta de seguridad en los vehículos de transporte.
