° Adicionase el artículo 363 del Código Penal con los siguientes ordinales: "10. En vías, lugares o establecimientos públicos, cuando las circunstancias de comisión puedan entrañar un peligro para la integridad de otras personas". "11. Por no haber obtenido el resultado que el agente se propuso al intentar o cometer otro delito".

Parágrafo

Estos agravantes se aplicarán también al delito de lesiones personales conforme al artículo 379 del Código Penal.
