Las autoridades administrativas y de policía darán inmediato cumplimiento a las disposiciones sobre higiene, mientras no sean modificadas ni derogadas por la autoridad sanitaria superior o declarada inexequibles por el tribunal competente. Las infracciones de esta disposición serán castigadas con multas de 45 a $50 que impondrá el respectivo Director departamental de Higiene.
