Artículo único. Créase el cargo de Director Técnico de los trabajos de montaje de la barca que debe construirse en el paso del río Magdalena para comunicar los puertos de Cambao y Pajoso, con la asignación mensual de cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400), y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor Inocencio Galindo, quien tendrá derecho a sueldo desde el día 1.º de los corrientes, fecha desde la cual está prestando sus servicios.
