Vigencias y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el artículo 2° del Decreto 1046 de 1994 aclarado por el Decreto 1317 de 1994, los artículos 10 y 3° del Decreto 278 de 1996 y el Decreto 261 de 2004, modificado por los decretos 4739 de 2005, 3668 de 2011, 1378 de 2012, 2159 de 2014, 1417 de 2019 y 163 de 2020, y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
