° Dicha Oficina verificara las relaciones, les pondrá el visto bueno , si fuere el caso, y hará a las libranzas una perforación por cada pago semestral de intereses. Cumplido esto, devolverá a los interesados las libranzas y los tres ejemplares de la relación, a efecto de que presenten estos últimos al Ministerio del tesoro para el reconocimiento del gasto y la expedición de la respectiva orden de pago. Comuniquese y publíquese.
