Articulo 3 º. Exediendo la población del distrito de cien mil almas, según el censo actual de la Republica, los empleados que van especificados gozaran de las asignaciones siguientes, sin perjuicio de las mayores que tengan a bien decretar la Cámara de provincia: cada Ministro Juez, de doce mil reales de sueldo anual; el Fiscal, de nueve mil setecientos reales; el secretario de seis mil cuatrocientos reales; el oficial, de cuatro mil doscientos reales i el portero escribiente, de dos mil reales.
