Salvamentos y aclaraciones de voto . En caso de que una decisión de la Comisión no sea tomada por unanimidad, quien haya disentido de ella, podrá presentar su salvamento o aclarar su voto por escrito ante la Secretaría a más tardar el día hábil siguiente a la sesión de la Comisión, caso en el cual el texto se incluirá en el acta respectiva.
