Los depósitos bancarios hechos para la adquisición de libretas de pasaportes que no hubieren sido utilizados en el término de tres (3) meses, ingresarán a la Cuenta de Fondos Especiales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y contra dicha Cuenta se ordenará la devolución de los mismos depósitos a los usuarios que lo solicitaren.
