Articulo 1.° Reorganizase la Litografía Nacional, bajo la dependencia del Ministerio del Tesoro, con el siguiente personal: Un Administrador, con sueldo de $ 120 mensuales. Un Director Litógrafo, con sueldo de $ 120 mensuales. Un Contador Almacenista, con sueldo de $ 90 mensuales. Un Transportador, con sueldo de $ 70 mensuales. Un Escribiente, con sueldo de $ 40 mensuales. Un Conserje, con sueldo de $ 30 mensuales. Habrá, además el personal de prensistas, ayudantes y obreros que exijan las necesidades del establecimiento.
