Ley 1735 de 2014 · por la cual se dictan medidas tendientes a promover el acceso a los servicios financieros transaccionales y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Adiciónese un parágrafo al numeral 3 del artículo 119 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, del siguiente tenor :

" Parágrafo 2°. Con el fin de facilitar el acceso de los clientes de las sociedades especializadas en depósitos y pagos electrónicos a otros productos financieros, estas sociedades podrán transferir sus bases de datos con la información de sus clientes a su matriz. En todo caso, para la realización de esta operación deberán observarse las disposiciones normativas que regulan el manejo de la información y la protección de datos personales".
