Art. 8 ° La infracción de los Artículos 2°, 3° y 4° se castiga con las penas siguientes: Cuando se viole el inciso 1°, caso 1° del Artículo 2°, se impondrá una multa de ciento cincuenta á doscientos pesos. Cuando se viole el inciso 2°, del mismo caso 1° de uno acaba de hablarse; ó el caso 3° del Artículo 2°, se impondrá una multa de ciento a ciento cincuenta pesos. Cuando se violen los cases 2° y 4° del mencionado Artículo 2°, se impondrá una multa de cincuenta á cien pesos. Cuando se viole alguno do los casos del Artículo 3°, se impondrá un arresto de diez á quince días, y una malta de ciento cincuenta á doscientos pesos. Citando se viole el Artículo 4°, se impondrá un arresto de quince a treinta días, y una multa de doscientos á trescientos pesos.
