Artículo único. Segrégase de la Dirección General de Aduanas la Oficina del Ramo Fluvial en el Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, la cual continuará como anteriormente, a cargo de un Jefe y un Oficial Escribiente, con las mismas asignaciones que hoy tienen.

Parágrafo

Para el desempeño de dichas funciones continuarán los empleados que al efecto fueron nombrados. Comuníquese y publíquese.
