Para cubrir el déficit presupuestal existente en las apropiaciones hechas en los artículos 2° y 3° del Capítulo I, Ministerio de Gobierno, del Presupuesto Nacional de Rentas y Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia fiscal en curso, y que dice la relación de los sueldos de los empleados de las Secretarias de las Cámaras Legislativas hasta el 31 de diciembre del corriente año, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional:

MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO

Parágrafo

(Transitorio). Los empleados de las Secretarias de las Cámaras Legislativas tendrán derecho a devengar sus sueldos en los días del diez y siete (17) al treinta y uno (31) de diciembre, inclusive, del presente año.
