Para cumplir lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, vótase la partida de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000) que se incluirá dentro del Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.

Parágrafo

En el caso de que no fueren incluídas estas partidas en el Presupuesto de 1938, el Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para iniciar la construcción mediante contrato, o para abrir los créditos extraordinarios o suplementarios, o hacer los traslados que se refieran en la presente y posteriores vigencias.
