ARTICULO 18. Del Fondo Especial para Investigaciones. - El Fondo Especial para investigaciones es una cuenta especial dentro del presupuesto del Instituto. Su administración se ejercerá en los términos que determine el reglamento, de conformidad con la Ley 29 de 1990 y las demás normas que le sean aplicables.
