Artículo segundo. El premio a que se refiere el artículo anterior será otorgado por la Junta de Profesores del establecimiento, se entregará en sesión solemne o con ocasión de ello, al terminar el año lectivo y se atenderá anualmente con el producido de la asignación testamentaria a que se refiere este Decreto.
