º. Administración de las cesantías. Con las cesantías que se entreguen al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, se constituirá un Fondo de Cesantías que será administrado por el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro. El Fondo de Cesantías que administre el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro se sujetará al régimen de inversiones y a las limitaciones previstas para los Fondos de Cesantías por el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero. El Fondo tendrá derecho a cobrar por la administración un porcentaje equivalente al que pueden cobrar las sociedades administradoras de cesantías.
