De conformidad con el numeral 12 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, revístese al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias por el término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley para reorganizar el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social y dotar a esta cartera de mecanismos para formular y coordinar las políticas de empleo, seguridad social y ordenamiento de las relaciones laborales, en armonía con las dependencias del Estado competentes para cada caso.
