° Destínase para atender a estas becas la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40.000) moneda corriente, que se entregará a la referida Escuela, y estará representada, de acuerdo con el contrato que al efecto se celebrará previamente, parte en material, parte en combustible y el resto en dinero efectivo.
