Cuando haya lugar a repetir una intervención sobre el mismo órgano, por la misma patología y no se trate de corrección de complicación derivada de la operación inicial, como en los casos de: Reconstrucción de vías biliares, vías urinarias y fracturas, entre otras, el reconocimiento y pago de la misma queda supeditado a orden previa expedida por la autoridad médica competente del Instituto.
