ARTICULO 127. Selección de trabajadores . La selección de los trabajadores oficiales se hará mediante convocatoria pública que debe realizarse con la antelación y publicidad suficientes para garantizar el mayor número posible de candidatos. El aspirante seleccionado se vinculará mediante contrato. El Concejo dictará la reglamentación correspondiente.
