º . Bienes afectos y no afectos a la prestación del servicio . Se entiende por bienes afectos al servicio, los necesarios para la prestación del servicio de telecomunicaciones, de acuerdo con la metodología que se establezca en el contrato de explotación. Los bienes muebles e inmuebles no destinados a la prestación del servicio de telecomunicaciones, serán realizados por el liquidador de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Tuluá - Teletuluá S. A. E.S.P. en Liquidación.
