Las bajas de los elementos a cargo de los Cuerpos de Tropa y demás reparticiones de las Fuerzas Militares, serán causadas por los respectivas Comandos, los cuales sentarán el acta correspondiente y la enviarán, para su aprobación, al Comando superior inmediato. Una vez aprobada el acta, un ejemplar de ésta será remitido a la Dirección del Servicio de Intendencia.
