° El control fiscal del gasto de los recursos pertenecientes al Fondo de Inversiones para el Desarrollo Regional de la Orinoquia corresponderá a la Contraloría General de la República o a las contralorías departamentales o municipales, según el nivel administrativo al cual pertenezcan los organismos o entidades que, en cada caso, realicen las actividades de ejecución.
