º. Inicio de operaciones. Las centrales de conmutación de las redes que integran la Red de Telecomunicaciones del Estado, deberán iniciar operaciones el 1º de junio de 2002 en lo referente a numeración no geográfica y el 1º de abril de 2004, en lo referente a la numeración geográfica, de acuerdo al esquema del presente decreto.
