Articulo 86 De la remisión de estudios. La comisión de estudios solo podrá conferirse para recibir capacitación, adiestramiento o perfeccionamiento en el ejercicio de las funciones propias del cargo del cual se es titular, o en materias relacionadas con los servicios prestados por la entidad, o al realizar visitas de observación que interesen al organismo y que se relacionen con el oficio, profesión o especialidad del comisionado.
