La persona que sea titular de un pasaporte oficial o diplomático y solicite la expedición de un pasaporte ordinario, deberá devolver el anterior a la autoridad expedidora para su anulación o depósito según el caso. La persona que solicite la tramitación de un pasaporte diplomático u oficial, teniendo derecho a éste, y sea titular de un pasaporte ordinario, deberá dejarlo en depósito en la respectiva oficina expedidora. El mismo le será restituido una vez reintegrado el anterior.
