Las autoridades de transporte y tránsito competentes del orden municipal, distrital y metropolitano, podrán regular la libertad de rutas y horarios de que trata el Decreto 2924 de 2003 y el presente decreto, durante los días 25 y 26 del octubre del mismo año, para efectos del control del tránsito y el uso de la infraestructura vial de su jurisdicción.
