Artículo primero. Por intermedio de la sección correspondiente de su departamento jurídico, el Ministerio de Obras Públicas tendrá a su cargo la celebración y tramitación de todos los contratos de arrendamiento de inmuebles que se requieran para el buen funcionamiento de la administración pública en el país.
